Making a Confirmed Booking

To make a confirmed booking we require your name, telephone number and a 50% deposit. A provisional booking will only be held for 48 hours and only if it is made more than four days in advance. Such bookings will therefore have to be secured with a 50% deposit within 48 hours or they will expire. No provisional bookings will be taken less than four days in advance.

Paying a Deposit

A deposit can be made by EFT or by providing credit card details. When a deposit is made please fax or e-mail proof of the deposit to 022-448 1083 or cafe-felix@intekom.co.za.

Booking Cancellation

When a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date the full deposit minus bank charges will be refunded to a client specified bank account. For cancellation on a 7 and 3 day notice 25% and 10% of the deposit will be refunded respectively. For cancellations less than 3 days before arrival no refund of the deposit will happen.

Arrival and Departure Times

Normal check-in time is 3:00pm. Guests are welcome to arrive early and will be accommodated if the rooms are ready (check-in before 3:00 pm can therefore not be guaranteed). Guests are kindly requested to check-out by 12:00 unless otherwise arranged with the guesthouse manager prior to the normal check-out time.

Pets and Children

No pets are allowed in the guesthouse. Children above 12 years of age are allowed under parent supervision and will pay full price. Children under 6 will be at no additional charge.

Smoking

No smoking is allowed in the bedrooms, but is allowed in the lounge and outside the guesthouse.
